The price are weekly and are inclusive with all charges such as light, gas, warm and cold water, air conditioned where included.
Beach service and final cleaning ( € 50,00 for the apartaments and € 60,00 for the villas) as well as the reservation rights of € 20,00 are not included.
To confirm the reservation we need an account of 30% of the rental which must be sent by bank at the following adress:

The arrival must happen on the arranged day between 4 pm and 10 pm.
In case of delay, please contact the agency as soon as possible.
The apartment must be leaved on the departure day within 10 am.
All our apartments are fully equipped with furniture and with the necessary kitchenware.
Bed Linen, tablecloth and towels are to bring from home.
Eventually damage or disadvantage at the arrival has to be told as soon as possible at our office, so that we can intervene immediatly.
The tenant engages himself to take care of the apartement and all the domestic sets.
Eventually damaged or broken objects have to be compensated according the price list.
The Arcatours travel Agency operates only as intermediary between the apartamet's owner and the clients, that's why according to the italian law DPR 633 of the 26/10/1972 is not obliged to realease any receipt for the rental.
